Fire Mitigation Resources
The Buckskin Heights Road Association maintains a Fire Mitigation Resource Summary for quick reference.
The Buckskin Heights Fire Committee is a volunteer group, independent of the road association, that coordinates the fire mitigation and response efforts of property owners in the Buckskin Heights community. The Fire Committee:
- Maintains a comprehensive website with a wide range of fire mitigation information.
- Maintains our Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) and Wildfire Evacuation Plan;
- Organized the installation of a 2,800 gal water tank near the gate for community fire suppression;
- Provides support to property owners as needed.

Our free online email notification system hosted at Groups.IO provides property owners with an efficient way to communicate with everyone in the neighborhood. The Buckskin Heights Community GIS Map shows the following information about the Buckskin Heights community:
- Approximate property boundaries with public Larimer County information on addresses and ownership. See the disclaimer* below.
- Road markers (1/10 mile) for most roads in the community.
- Recent road maintenance information.
- Culvert location and condition (arrows, close-up only).

Buckskin Heights Book Club
Book club usually meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, as described in the current book list/schedule and in the complete list of books read by the group since 2004.
